“Vamsha” means lineage. “Dhara” means both the flow that sustains and the land itself. Combining both together, the name describes the essence of ‘Vamshadhara’. It simply means the land that moves through a family, season after season, and generation after generation.

Vamsha Dhara is a 10-acre managed farmland community near Mandya, on the Bengaluru–Mysuru corridor. It’s home to 35 to 37 families surrounded by a coconut plantation and channel-fed irrigation. Instead of individual farmhouses, Vamsha Dhara is built around shared recreational facilities and common spaces, cared for by Jain Farms as part of the same stewardship model that has supported families for over 30 years.
